About Us
McFlicker Media is an LA-based creative agency specializing in multi-platform marketing and content. Our clients include entertainment networks, global performing artists, consumer packaged goods companies, and leading nonprofit organizations.
Founder Dean McFlicker began his career as an editor; he then became a creative director and, most recently, Senior Vice President and Creative Director of Promotional Programming at NBC.
Through the years, Dean helped launch countless hits including The Voice, This Is Us, America’s Got Talent, Chicago Fire, World of Dance, Smash, The Biggest Loser, Survivor, Star Trek Enterprise, and Friday Night Lights.
He also produced campaigns for The Olympics, The Golden Globes, The Billboard Music Awards, The Blacklist, NYPD Blue, ER, Law & Order, SVU, Days of Our Lives, The West Wing, and many more.
Notably, Dean has expertise as a problem solver gifted at making something spectacular out of nothing (winning multiple awards for his creative direction for all of NBC’s live musicals; from the original ratings phenomenon The Sound of Music Live to Emmy award-winning Jesus Christ Superstar Live In Concert to this year's Annie Live).
Now at the helm of McFlicker Media, Dean steers a nimble, talented team to create best-in-class creative without the excessive overhead that can bloat a budget. He knows how to get notes and give notes and, most importantly, appreciates the value of working with a great vendor.
